At Dermalogica, we stand behind every product we sell, but if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We strive to ensure your skin health journey is seamless, offering easy returns on both new and gently used items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
